ReplyDeleteDawn - Thank you for the lovely comments! The underdress is a sleeveless white top attached to the navy skirt. The collar is ruffled. However - I don't think Tonner intended this complete fashion to be worn minus the jacket. Check back in a day or two and I'll add a picture without the jacket for you. : )
