Dolls at a sleep-over in The Oldest House (Laceyville)

Welcome to Laceyville's Oldest House. This is the oldest frame house in four counties : Bradford , Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Wyoming--built in 1781. The house was built by Elihu Hall for the James Smith family. The original tract of land contained 300 acres.
Built using materials from the land that was cleared for the house,the chimney came first and then the surrounding rooms creating three stories and five fireplaces. (from their website)
